Stainless Steel 347H Hollow Bar is an austenitic alloy of stainless steel made of 17–20% chromium, 9–13% nickel, and niobium for stabilization with a higher percentage of carbon (0.04–0.10%) compared to standard 347. The carbon improves high-temperature strength, while niobium avoids carbide precipitation during welding. This material provides a tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and superior creep resistance. 347H also possesses good ductility and toughness even at high temperatures. Its chemical and mechanical properties make it an ideal candidate for exposure to heat, pressure, and corrosive elements in industrial processes for extended periods.
