Stainless Steel 321H Rectangular Bars are titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel items for applications at high temperatures. Their chemical composition comprises 17–19% Chromium, 9–12% Nickel, and at least five times the carbon content in Titanium to enhance intergranular corrosion resistance. They also have trace amounts of Manganese, Silicon, Phosphorus, and Sulfur. These bars provide a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. With high mechanical properties, they provide excellent resistance to creep, good weldability, and retention of strength at high temperatures, making them ideal for harsh operating conditions.
