Typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength of about 1240 MPa, yield strength of 1035 MPa, and a good elongation of around 15%. RENE 41 maintains its structural integrity even at temperatures up to 980°C, making it an excellent choice for highly stressed components in elevated temperature environments. It also offers good weldability and metallurgical stability after aging heat treatment.
