Neil Metals is a reliable maker and supplier of Inconel Forgings, based in Kolkata, India. With an impressive reputation for providing high-performance nickel alloy products, the company makes Inconel forgings capable of resisting intense temperatures, pressure, and corrosive environments. Through advanced forging processes and rigorous quality checking, Neil Metals provides exceptional mechanical properties, structural strength, and dimensional accuracy. Operating in sectors like aerospace, power generation, petrochemicals, and marine engineering, Neil Metals offers bespoke Inconel forging solutions designed to satisfy rigorous industrial requirements with predictable performance and prompt supply.
Inconel Forgings are fabricated from extremely high-strength nickel-chromium-based superalloys like Inconel 600, 625, 718, and 825. These alloys possess outstanding resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high-temperature environments. Typical chemical composition is high nickel (58–72%), chromium (14–21%), and molybdenum, niobium, and iron depending on the grade. Mechanical properties by grade but typically comprise tensile strengths ranging from 750 to 1,200 MPa, excellent creep resistance, and high fatigue strength. Inconel forgings come in a variety of forms like rings, shafts, flanges, discs, and blocks—tailored to precise size, heat treatment, and surface finish requirements.

Inconel Forgings find widespread application in those applications requiring excellent strength, resistance to heat, and protection from corrosion. Turbine parts, jet engine components, exhaust systems, pressure vessels, flanges, and fasteners are typical applications. In power generation plants, they find application in steam and gas turbine blades, combustors, and heat exchangers. In the oil and gas sector, Inconel finds application in downhole tools, wellhead components, and high-pressure fittings. The high oxidation and scaling resistance of Inconel also makes it fit for use in chemical reactors and sea conditions. These forgings provide durability and performance under high-stress, high-temperature, and chemically aggressive conditions of service.
We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
