Neil Metals, based in Kolkata, India, stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Inconel 625 Forgings. They specialize in providing high-performance solutions for industries that demand exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. With a strong focus on quality and engineering precision, Neil Metals delivers Inconel 625 forged components that adhere to rigorous international standards. Their products cater to various sectors, including aerospace, marine, chemical processing, and oil & gas, offering tailored sizes and configurations to meet specific needs. Thanks to their advanced infrastructure and stringent quality control measures, Neil Metals guarantees reliability, durability, and timely delivery for critical applications, even in harsh and high-temperature environments.
Inconel 625 Forgings are primarily made up of nickel (at least 58%), along with 20–23% chromium, 8–10% molybdenum, and 3.15–4.15% niobium, plus iron and trace elements. This alloy, strengthened through solid solution, boasts excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, especially in chloride and oxidizing settings. It offers a tensile strength ranging from about 827 to 965 MPa and a yield strength between 414 and 690 MPa. Inconel 625 retains its mechanical integrity at temperatures reaching up to 980°C and showcases outstanding fatigue strength, creep resistance, and weldability, making it perfect for the most demanding structural and pressure-containing applications.

Temperature control during forging of Inconel 625 ensures optimal material properties, preventing brittleness and maintaining its strength and ductility. Proper temperature management also enhances uniformity, reducing defects and improving overall quality.
Inconel 625 Forgings are expensive due to the high cost of raw materials and complex manufacturing processes. Additionally, their workability can be challenging at certain temperatures, requiring specialized equipment and techniques.
To determine if Inconel 625 Forgings meet your needs, compare their material properties with your application requirements and consult with suppliers for tailored solutions.
Inconel 625 Forgings find extensive use in industries that face extreme mechanical, thermal, and corrosive challenges. In aerospace, they are utilized in jet engines, turbine blades, and exhaust systems. The marine sector relies on them for seawater components like propeller shafts, piping, and heat exchangers, thanks to their exceptional resistance to saltwater corrosion. In the oil & gas and chemical processing industries, they are ideal for valves, flanges, manifolds, and reactor vessels. Power generation facilities use them in superheater tubes and components for nuclear reactors. Their unparalleled durability and resistance make them essential for safety-critical applications.
