Each forging is crafted with precision to adhere to strict industry standards, serving sectors such as aerospace, power generation, and chemical processing. Thanks to cutting-edge forging technology and thorough quality control, Neil Metals guarantees durable and reliable products that excel in extreme conditions. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and prompt delivery has established them as a trusted supplier of Inconel 617 forgings across various demanding industries.
Inconel 617 Forgings are made up of 52–67% Nickel, 20–23% Chromium, 8–10% Cobalt, and 0.8–1.5% Molybdenum, along with trace amounts of Iron, Aluminum, and Titanium. This unique blend gives the alloy impressive strength and oxidation resistance at temperatures soaring up to 1100°C. It boasts a tensile strength of up to 690 MPa and a yield strength of around 310 MPa in its annealed state, along with excellent resistance to creep and fatigue. These mechanical properties make it ideal for components that face high thermal stress and corrosive environments, ensuring stability and toughness even in the harshest conditions.
