**Incoloy 825 Bars/Rods** contain **38–46% Nickel**, **19.5–23.5% Chromium**, **22% Iron (min)**, **2.5–3.5% Molybdenum**, **1.5–3% Copper**, and **0.6–1.2% Titanium**, with traces of manganese and carbon. These contents ensure superior resistance to **sulfuric and phosphoric acids**, **chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking**, pitting, and crevice corrosion. Incoloy 825 has **tensile strength of around 585 MPa**, **yield strength in excess of 220 MPa**, and **excellent elongation and ductility**, which enable it to be used in harsh, corrosive environments over a wide temperature range.
