**Hastelloy B3 Bars and Rods** (UNS N10675) are a **nickel-molybdenum alloy** that has about **65–71% Nickel**, **28.5–30.5% Molybdenum**, and minor additions of **Iron, Cobalt, Chromium, and Titanium**. This alloy offers excellent resistance against **hydrochloric acid** and a broad spectrum of **non-oxidizing acids**, enhanced thermal stability over previous B-series alloys, and the following mechanical properties: **tensile strength of ~760 MPa**, **yield strength of ~350 MPa**, and **elongation of 40–50%**.
